Daily mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and stillness practices coupled with exploring nature, ancient ruins, and playing. Soul Magic isn’t a retreat where you just hide away from the world for 7 days. While you will be in a beautiful tropical place having all your needs catered to with plenty of downtime to relax and renew, you’ll actually be learning tools for LIFE.
But you won’t be learning intellectually, you’ll be experiencing through your body. Sensitizing to your own energy, and remembering who you are. You will come away not only reset and renewed, but also reconnected to yourself. That highest version of yourself- your soul/spirit and all that you are. And most importantly, you’ll have a deep innerstanding of how to mind your energy.

Winter Solstice – A candlelight practice to nourish your yin, cultivate your light, and honor yourself through breathwork, movement, and stillness.
The winter solstice is a time for renewal, reflection, and stillness. The day with the shortest amount of daylight in the northern hemisphere, officially the first day of winter, this day for many years was always the signal of the cold winter before me. But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve learned to honor this day as a reminder that even in the darkest times, the light always returns.
This practice will use breathwork, movement, and mantra/chanting meditations and stillness meditations to center you, ground you, create a deep sense of inner peace within you, and connect you to your inner light. We’ll finish with a guided meditation and sound bath.

Envisioning and Creating in 2026
We can do an envisioning practice anytime, truthfully. But what better time to do one than at the beginning of a new year, a symbolic clean slate to let go of the past and create the future.
This workshop is for you if:
- You are feeling confused about what it is you do want.
- You think you know what you want, but you don’t understand why you haven’t been able to make it happen.
- You’re feeling overwhelmed and stuck by the thought of change, even though you know there’s a pot of gold on the other side.
- You feel a deep longing to connect more deeply with your heart and get out of your head, but you are unsure how to do it.
- You are desperate to let go of this last year and create something new for yourself in 2025.
Questions we will be diving into:
- What do you want?
- Who do you want to be?
- What do you want to create?
- How does it FEEL?

- Know how to create it now that you know what it is.
- Learn to connect with your heart so that you will always be able to tap into its guidance.
- Have a clear beacon of light that will guide you back to your vision when you get distracted.

Weekly Kundalini Yoga Classes

What is Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and provides a tune-up for your body, mind, and soul. Classes are in the form of kriyas (sets of postures and breathwork designed to achieve a specific outcome) so each class is different. Expect to do very different things than you normally do in a yoga class. You’ll build some heat, work into the core and the spine, and often work into the arms and legs, with everything being coupled with breath in unique ways. There is also occasionally some chanting of sacred mantras designed to activate the healing sound current of your voice and meditation. If you’ve never done it before, just let go of all expectations and things you know about yoga and enjoy the experience with an open heart and open mind. 🙂
