Retreat Pricing and Payment Terms

A minimum deposit of $1,500 USD is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
All fees are in US dollars (USD).
Pricing is per person and based on your chosen accommodation. Each accommodation has limited availability and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pricing includes all retreat features and accommodations.
Double Accommodation (shared room) is $2,850 per person. Both guests must register separately and select their accommodation. At checkout, please note in the comments section if you are traveling with someone and wish to share a room

Payment Options

Retreat fees can be paid in full, or over 3 installments: $1,500 deposit, and two additional payments (+$100 convenience fee). Payment installments are due, and become non-refundable based on the following schedule:

September 30, 2025 – $1500 deposit + 50% of remaining balance is due and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

October 30, 2025 – Full payment is due and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you pay in full at the time of booking, the refund policy follows the same schedule.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All deposits and installment payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once the payment due date has passed.
If you cancel, you remain responsible for any unpaid amounts due per the above schedule.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, interruption, and medical coverage.

Travel & Personal Responsibility

Dr. Julie Hutsell-Starling and Beacon of Light Spiritual Community are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, including airline tickets, loss of work, or other travel-related costs.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary travel documents, medical clearance, and insurance coverage.

**We strongly suggest you purchase traveler’s insurance that covers everything.
